Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor

From USD$ 253.00 single, USD$ 139.00 double/twin per person

Raffles restoration the only thing that has changed is the fashion of the guests. When the Raffles Group began the restoration in the early 1990s, this historic Art Deco gem was but a shell of its former self. After decades of civil war and general unrest, the hotel was a decaying wreck. Since re-opening in 1997, however, the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor has once again emerged as Siem Reap’s finest hotel, radiating opulence and old world charm from the moment you step into the marble foyer.

With no detail left undone, this is colonial grandeur at its finest; right down to authentic touches like the antique interior elevator. The 131 guest rooms are spread across the original main building and adjoining new wing, as well as two poolside villas. There are a range of room categories from the Landmark rooms featuring classic four-poster beds to the poolside Cabana rooms opening on to a private terrace.

All are equipped with a full range of modern amenities. Facilities and services are world class and include a spa, fitness centre and library. A 35 metre pool takes pride of place in the lush interior courtyard. The Restaurant Le Grand, with its silver candelabras, white linen, and elegant dark-wood furniture, is absolutely beautiful. Like the temples of Angkor themselves, the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor experience will stay with you long after you have left.
